General terms and conditions

1. Validity
These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all our deliveries.
By placing an order, the customer accepts our terms and conditions of sale and delivery.

2. Prices
The prices listed in the price list exclude VAT.

3. Delivery
Delivery will be made by credit card payment and at the risk of the purchaser, subject to the availability of products. Claims for damages due to delay in delivery will not be accepted. Any transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and to Chocolat Stella Bernrain.

4. Shipping costs
International parcels are shipped according to standard parcel prices. Customs duties and taxes are charged directly to the customer by the customs authorities in the country of destination and are therefore not included in our prices.

5. Payment terms
The payment terms listed apply.

6. Complaints and returns
Any complaints must be made within 10 days of receipt of the goods. 
Customers may only return items with our consent and in the original packaging.

7. Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction
The place of fulfilment and jurisdiction is Kreuzlingen Thurgau.

8. Use of the website by minors
The website is intended for an adult audience. Minors, in particular children under the age of 16, are prohibited from submitting their personal data to us or registering for a service. If we ascertain that such data has been submitted to us, it will be deleted from our database. The child’s parents (or legal guardian) may contact us to request deletion of the data or to unsubscribe from our services. To do this, we will require a copy of an official document that identifies you as the parent or legal guardian.
